VALLEY FORGE, Pa.—-Directors of AmeriGas Propane, Inc., general partner of AmeriGas Partners, L.P. , have declared an increase of 5% in the partnership’s regular quarterly distribution to $0.64 cents per limited partnership unit, payable May 18, 2008 to unitholders of record May 9, 2008.
