France Telecom Withdraws TeliaSonera Offer
PARIS/STOCKHOLM (Reuters) - France Telecom withdrew a $40
billion plan to acquire TeliaSonera on Monday, pleasing its own
shareholders but casting doubt over the Nordic operator’s
future.
