Shoppers at Amazon.com who live in New York are noticing a new line on their receipts this week: Sales tax. A new law in New York is requiring Amazon.com and some other Web sellers to now collect taxes on shipments in the state. How is this affecting you? Will you still buy online from Amazon.com?
