Fuel-sipping motor scooters and motorcycles are becoming a popular choice for drivers trying to cope with gasoline prices that have reached record highs and that analysts expect to continue rising at least through the Fourth of July. The super-high gas prices have been bad for the Big 3 automakers, most small businesses and anyone who drives a car. But they’ve been good for scooter sales.
